01Acceptance
By creating an account or building an invitation you agree to the terms below. If any part of them does not suit you, the remedy is simple: do not use the service.
These terms sit alongside the privacy policy, the payment policy and the refund policy. All four documents are read together.
02What we provide
We give you the tools to publish a wedding invitation at its own link, together with a guest list and RSVP collection. The service runs in the browser; there is nothing to install.
We may add, change or withdraw features. If a change breaks an invitation you have already paid for, fixing it is our responsibility — see section 9.
03Your account
- Give us a real email address that you still use. It is the only way to recover the account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account.
- Do not use somebody else’s account, and do not let others use yours to work around limits.
- If you notice access you do not recognise, change your password immediately and tell us.
04Drafts, preview and payment
Free trial for 3 days, up to 20 guests. Show it first to up to 5 family members in a private preview marked “Preview”. Pay once to open the invitation to every guest. Images and video exported from a draft carry our watermark.
Relatives can open the invitation for you by paying (Tặng thiệp). The payer’s name is shown to you only if they agree; if a refund is due, it goes to the person who paid.
The first invitation is 199,000₫; every next one is a flat 99,000₫. Each one is a single payment with no recurring fee.
05The content you upload
Your wedding photos, your music, your message to guests, your guest list — they remain yours. We claim no ownership of anything you upload.
You grant us permission to store, compress, convert and display that content to the people you send the link to. The permission exists only to run the service and it ends when you delete the content or the account.
You confirm that:
- You hold the rights to the photos, music and text you upload, including photos taken by your wedding photographer.
- The people shown in the photos, and the people on your guest list, have agreed to it.
- You are legally answerable for what you publish.
We do not review invitation content in advance. But on a substantiated complaint about copyright infringement or unlawful material, we may take the content down.
06Prohibited use
- Publishing material that breaks Vietnamese law, defames anyone, or offends public decency.
- Using an invitation to defraud, to impersonate somebody, or to solicit money for anything other than a wedding gift.
- Uploading malware or files crafted to exploit the system.
- Probing the service, defeating rate limits, or automating bulk account or invitation creation.
- Accessing another account’s invitations, guest lists or data.
- Copying our templates to resell them or to rebuild them as a competing service.
- Reselling access to the service under your own name without an agreement with us.
07Template and software copyright
The templates, ornaments, layouts, animations, source code and site interface belong to us or are licensed to us by third parties.
When you pay, you buy the right to use a template for your own wedding, not the template itself. You may not extract it, redistribute it, sell it, or use it for another service.
Switching templates leaves your content untouched, and the link you already sent to guests does not change.
08Availability
We work to keep the service running continuously, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Infrastructure failures, severed cables and power loss at a provider are outside our control.
Practical advice: do not send the invitation to your guests the night before the wedding. Send it a few days early so there is time to sort out anything that goes wrong.
09Limitation of liability
Our maximum liability for an invitation never exceeds the amount you paid for that invitation.
We are not liable for indirect loss: guests who do not attend, tables over- or under-booked, the cost of printing paper invitations instead, or distress. Where the fault is ours and cannot be fixed, we refund you under the refund policy.
10Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 6, and we will say why by email. Serious breaches such as fraud or attacks on the system are acted on immediately and without notice.
If we close your account for a breach, amounts already paid are not refunded. If we close it when you have not breached anything, the corresponding amount is refunded.
You may stop using the service at any time by requesting account deletion at [email protected].
11Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page always reflects the version in force. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes follow the process on our dispute resolution page: negotiation first, a competent Vietnamese court after that.
Details of the operating company are on the company information page.
