The basics
What an online invitation is, and what it replaces.
What is an online wedding invitation?
It is a small website for your wedding that opens on any phone. Instead of handing over a printed card, you send a link. Your guest taps it and sees the ceremony details, your photos, a map with directions, and a button to confirm whether they are coming.
How long does it take to build one?
Ten to fifteen minutes if you already have both families’ names, the dates and the venues. Photos and music can be added later — nothing forces you to finish it in one sitting.
Do I need design or coding skills?
No. You fill in a form across nine steps and the invitation handles the rest: the lunar date, the month calendar, the countdown, the QR code for wedding gifts, and the map.
Do guests have to install anything?
No. The invitation opens in whatever browser is already on their phone. Guests do not need an account either, not to read it and not to RSVP.
How long does my invitation stay online?
At least 12 months after the wedding once paid, with no monthly or yearly fee. You can also export it as an image and a video to keep a copy of your own.
Editing
What you can still change after guests have the link.
Can I edit after publishing?
Yes, as often as you like. Change names, times, addresses or add photos at any point. The link you already sent stays the same, and guests see the newest version whenever they open it.
Does switching template lose my data?
No. Your details and the design are separate layers by deliberate design, so switching template only changes the presentation. Every detail, photo, guest and message stays exactly where it was, and the link does not change.
Can I change the link of my invitation?
You can, but do it before you send it out. The old address stops working, which means anyone who already has it can no longer open your invitation.
Can the invitation show two languages?
Yes. Both languages appear side by side on the same page, so guests never have to switch anything. Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese and French are supported. Any field you leave untranslated simply shows a single line there rather than repeating the Vietnamese.
Why would I need more than one invitation?
Because the bride’s family card says Lễ Vu Quy and the groom’s says Lễ Tân Hôn — the two families name the same wedding differently — and many couples want a third for friends or colleagues. Each invitation is its own link with its own guest list.
Guests and RSVPs
Sending the invitation, collecting replies, reading the numbers.
How many guests can I send it to?
The trial takes up to 20 guests; once the invitation is open there is no cap. Pay once to open the invitation to every guest.
Can the invitation greet each guest by name?
Yes. Every guest gets their own link, and the page opens with their name and the correct Vietnamese form of address — for example “Kính mời Bác Nguyễn Văn Hải”, the respectful way to address an elder. You enter the list once and the links are generated for you.
How do I track who has confirmed?
Your dashboard shows how many have accepted, declined and not yet replied, plus a total head count for estimating tables. You can export the list to send to the venue or to build a seating plan.
My parents want to add their own guests. Can they?
Yes. You create a separate collection link and send it to them. They add their own guests without needing an account, and they cannot see the rest of your invitation.
Do guest messages appear immediately?
That is up to you. They can appear straight away, or you can turn on moderation so nothing is published until you approve it. For a wedding with many guests you do not know personally, moderation is the safer choice.
Payment
Price, how to pay, and refunds.
What does it cost?
Free trial for 3 days, up to 20 guests. Pay once to open the invitation to every guest. The first invitation is 199,000₫; every next one is a flat 99,000₫.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or a VietQR scan. The invitation opens about a minute after the transfer arrives — nobody has to approve it by hand.
What do I get for free?
Free trial for 3 days, up to 20 guests. Show it first to up to 5 family members in a private preview marked “Preview”. Your content and link are kept for as long as your account exists.
I transferred the money but the invitation is still closed.
Check that the transfer note matches the reference shown on the payment page, because that is what the automatic matching uses. If it does match and nothing has happened after ten minutes, send us a screenshot of the transaction and we will reconcile it by hand.
