Let your family add guests

A guest list is rarely written by one person. Instead of messages going back and forth while you retype every name, send each side a link.

How it works

Create a collector link on your guest page and name it, for example “Groom’s side” or “Mum’s friends”.
Send the link over chat to whoever is responsible. They open it, type names, submit. No sign-in, nothing to install.
Their guests land directly in your list, labelled with the link they came from.
Each link has its own guest cap and expiry, both set by you.

A spreadsheet passed around turns into several copies. By the time you merge them, nobody knows which is current or which names are duplicated.

A collector link writes into one list, so there is nothing to merge.

Revoke a link whenever you like; guests already added stay.
Set a cap so a link that gets forwarded cannot inflate your list.
Whoever holds the link can only add guests — they cannot see the full list or change anything else.

Does family need an account?

No. They open the link and type names. That is the whole point — parents will not create an account to add ten names.

What if the link gets passed around?

Revoke it. The link stops working immediately and the guests already added stay in your list.

Can they see the whole guest list?

No. They only see their own entry form. The full list is yours alone.

Do guests added this way get their own link?

Yes. Every guest gets a personal link regardless of who added them.
